2. Proof of postage will be obtained for all parcels sent out, to avoid disputes over delivery dates and problems over lost packages.

Orders placed before 10am will be sent out on the same day.
Orders placed after 10am will be sent out on the following day.
Saturday:
Orders placed before 10am will be sent out on the same day.
Orders placed after 10am will be sent out on the following Monday.
Sunday and Public Holidays:
Orders placed on Sunday will be sent out on the following Monday.
Orders placed on Singapore Public Holidays will be sent out on the subsequent weekday.
