ABOUT YU

Since the launch of Yu in Singapore in 2006, the Yu collection has seen a great reception and generous reviews from the press. With its eclectic range of dresses to suit any occasion, the range of dresses achieve looks both exquisite and unique. Be it in any after-work function, cocktail party, wedding of any formal social event, Yu dresses always stand out from the crowd.

The Yu collection comprises of modern silhouettes and a blend of natural fabrics like silk and cotton. Ruched and finely draped dresses are Yu' signature style, with every new collection being quirky, sexy and oozing with contemporary charm.

Ee-Lyn Tang graduated with a bachelor's in Economics and Sociology and worked in the banking industry before pursuing her life-long passion of fashion design. Driven by a desire to pursue her dreams, she enrolled and graduated from the Parsons School of Design in New York.

With rich experiences gained in fashion stints in both New York and Singapore, she then embarked on her dream in 2006 and started her label Yu.
