LOCAL EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

All packages will reach customers within 2-3 days from the delivery date. Please contact us within THREE days of receiving your package, should you need a refund or if you wish to exchange an item.

REFUNDS

Refunds are only allowed in the event that
1) An incorrect item was sent to you or if the item you purchased arrived in the wrong size or color.
2) There is an inherent manufacturing flaw.
In such cases, eclecticismshop.com will provide you with a full refund, inclusive of any postage costs paid to us. To cover the postage costs/ travel expenses suffered by you and to apologize for the inconvenience caused in order to send back these items, we will also give you a discount code for your next purchase, worth S$15.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges will not be excepted if
1) Notification wasn't given within the stipulated time period (within 3 days of receipt).
2) Item was not returned on time (item must be posted out within 5 days of receipt).
3) Item was not returned with tags.
4) Item is no longer in brand new condition.

Exchange procedure
1) Decide if you would like to keep or exchange an item.
2) Until you have decided to keep an item, please refrain from removing the tags and security strips.
3) If you decide to exchange an item, please notify us within THREE days of receiving your package via email or you can also call us.
4) Please provide us with your name, invoice number and the item you wish to send back.

If you simply wish to have a replacement piece, in either a different size or color, let us know what you would like to have. If we have your requested item in stock, we will send it out immediately once your item reaches us in time, with tags and in brand new condition.

Should you wish to purchase a completely different item, we will send you a one-time code via email once your item reaches us in time, with tags and in brand new condition. This code will be equivalent to the value of the items sent back to us. This excludes any shipping costs paid to us.

To use this code, head back to eclecticismshop.com. Fill your cart until its value equals or exceeds the value of your code. At check out, enter this code. This code will deduct the amount owed to you and you can continue to pay for any excess. Standard shipping policies apply. This code will last for 30 days starting from the date it was sent to you.

4) Each package comes with 2 invoices- please keep the original copy. On the duplicate copy, note down the item that you are sending back. Please check that the item is in the same condition that you received it in, free of defects and has all the tags attached.

5) The cost of returning any item to us is your responsibility.

Option 1: Return the items with the duplicate invoice to our Wisma Atria store within FIVE days of receiving your order.

Option 2: Post out the items with the duplicate invoice via Singpost within FIVE days of receipt.

6) Once we receive your package and it meets to our terms and conditions, we will post out your replacement item or email you with an exchange code immediately.
